SL-CW 3 In1 Laser Welding / Cleaning/ Cutting Machine （Water Cooling）

Δ 3-in-1 laser machine is a portable fiber laser device integrating laser welding, laser cleaning and laser cutting. With one main unit and a single laser source, it enables seamless switching among the three processes by quickly replacing the welding head, nozzle and lens.

Δ Lightweight handheld design (total weight < 100kg). Air cooling and water cooling are both available. It is equipped with built-in process parameter library, red light assisted focusing and adjustable torch parameters.

Δ Laser welding is widely used in complex and abnormal welding processes: kitchen cabinets, stair lifts, shelves, ovens, stainless steel door and window guardrails, power distribution, various high-reflective metals and other industries. Welding is sturdy and fast, with a speed more than three times faster than traditional argon arc and plasma welding.

Laser Welding: Suitable for thin plates (0.3–6 mm) of carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized sheet, aluminum alloy and more. It supports fillet welding, vertical welding and butt welding, and achieves one-side welding with double-sided formation.
Laser Cleaning: Removes rust, paint, oil stains and oxide layers. Non-contact operation causes no damage to the base material and leaves no chemical residue.
Laser Cutting: High-precision cutting for thin plates. The cuts are smooth and burr-free, capable of straight and curved cutting.
